HubSpot + LeadMachine AI CRM

Source new leads, enrich the contacts you already have, and keep HubSpot as your system of record.

Find new leads. Enrich them. Send them to HubSpot complete.

HubSpot is very good at holding records. It does not go out and find them, and it does not fill in the ones arriving half empty. That is the job LeadMachine’s AI CRM takes on. Ledo Discovery sources prospects that are not in your portal yet, enriches them with verified contact data before they land, and delivers them to HubSpot as finished contacts instead of names and email addresses.

Your system of record does not change. What flows into it does.

Currently in limited beta. Access is enabled per account. Request access and we will get you set up.

The main loop: find, enrich, deliver

Find

Describe the customer you want in plain English. Ledo parses the request, searches professional email data and public social activity in parallel, then scores and ranks what comes back by relevance. No boolean strings, no filter panels, no list-building tool to learn.

You review the results and select the ones worth pursuing.

Enrich

Before anything reaches your portal, each selected prospect goes through the enrichment waterfall. Gemini for research, Hunter.io for email verification, Apollo.io as a fallback, EXA for web and social, Google Places for business data. The waterfall stops as soon as it has an answer, which is what keeps the cost per record low.

Every record comes out with a confidence rating attached. Strong, Moderate, or Weak. That is Ledo telling your team how much to trust a given field before they act on it.

Deliver

Selected prospects are created as Contacts in your HubSpot portal and as leads in LeadMachine at the same time. Matching is by email, so running the same search twice updates the existing contact rather than creating a duplicate. Anyone without an email still becomes a LeadMachine lead, they just cannot be keyed into HubSpot.

Ran searches before you connected? Backfill them from the HubSpot card.

The same enrichment runs on the contacts you already have

Every HubSpot portal carries a long tail of half finished records. A name, an email address, and nothing else.

LeadMachine pulls your existing HubSpot contacts about every half hour and puts them through the same waterfall. Job title and phone update in place. Four LeadMachine properties are added alongside them:

  • LeadMachine Source, how the contact was sourced or last touched
  • LinkedIn (LeadMachine), the profile we found
  • Enrichment Confidence (LeadMachine), rated Strong, Moderate, or Weak
  • Research Dossier (LeadMachine), deep research where available

Nothing is deleted.

You control how much of this runs

Enrichment costs credits, so the controls ship in the first release rather than on request.

Under Inbound sync settings, scope enrichment to a HubSpot property and condition you choose. Lifecycle stage equals lead. Lead status is known. A checkbox you maintain yourself. Only matching contacts get pulled.

You can also switch write-back off entirely. LeadMachine still enriches and still scores, and writes nothing at all to your HubSpot records.

What happens after they land

Sourcing leads is the point. Working them is what turns the point into revenue, and that part runs in LeadMachine.

Task management. Focus gives each rep one prioritized next action instead of a queue to triage. When an open HubSpot deal goes fourteen days without activity, it surfaces there as a single card with a link straight to the deal in your portal. Nudges appear in LeadMachine, not as tasks written into HubSpot.

Email and campaign management. Leads that arrive through Discovery carry the context that made them a match, so the first message is not a cold template. One tag connects to one email campaign or SMS sequence, which is the whole configuration step.

This is the Calm Operator principle applied to a CRM you already own. One thing at a time, or nothing at all.

How it connects

One OAuth approval against your own portal. No API keys, no field mapping, no setup call. You approve read and write access to contacts and companies, permission to manage contact properties, and read access to deals.

Disconnect whenever you want. LeadMachine stops syncing and drops its stored access. Every contact it pushed or updated stays in HubSpot. They are your records.

Why teams run an AI CRM alongside HubSpot

HubSpot’s AI and prospecting features live behind tier upgrades and usage limits. Ours do not.

LeadMachine is $58 per user per month. Every feature at every seat. Discovery, enrichment, Ledo chat, meeting preparation, lead scoring, tag-triggered campaigns, and SMS commands are included at that price with no AI usage caps and no premium tier above it.

Try it on your own portal

Connect HubSpot, run one Discovery search, and watch what lands. You will know from the first batch whether the data coming back is worth anything. Fourteen day trial, no credit card. Full pricing.

LeadMachine is built by Ask Ledo LLC, where Ledo is being built as a portable intelligence layer for products beyond this one.

FAQ

What does the HubSpot integration actually do?
It sources new leads and delivers them to your portal. Ledo Discovery finds prospects matching a description you give it, enriches them with verified contact data, and creates them as HubSpot Contacts. The same enrichment also runs against the contacts already in your portal.

Do I have to move off HubSpot?
No. HubSpot stays your system of record.

Does connecting change or delete anything in my portal?
Nothing is deleted. LeadMachine adds contacts, updates job title and phone on enriched records, and adds four LeadMachine properties. Turn write-back off in Inbound sync settings and enrichment happens privately in LeadMachine instead.

Will pushing discovered leads create duplicates?
No. Contacts are matched by email. An existing contact gets updated rather than duplicated.

How do I stop it from enriching my entire database?
Inbound sync settings scopes enrichment to a HubSpot property and condition. Only matching contacts are pulled.

Where does the enrichment data come from?
Publicly available professional sources. Gemini for research, Hunter.io for email verification, Apollo.io as a fallback, EXA for web and social research, and Google Places for business data.

Do tasks and nudges appear inside HubSpot?
They appear in LeadMachine’s Focus screen with a direct link to the record in HubSpot. LeadMachine does not create tasks in your HubSpot portal.

What HubSpot plan do I need?
The free HubSpot CRM is enough. The integration uses only standard CRM scopes — read and write on contacts and companies, read on deals, and custom properties on the contact object — all available on every HubSpot tier, including the free plan. No Sales Hub or Marketing Hub upgrade is required.

How do I get access?
The integration is in limited beta. Email [email protected] and we will enable it for your account.
